I’ve not had world-changing results like some of the fantastic success stories that Paul has been sharing on his new TV show ‘Paul McKenna’s I can Make You Thin‘, BUT – the results I’ve had are ENOUGH FOR ME – here’s a bit of my story… …I had a 30″ – 32″ waist when I met my wife… and then over the next 5 years ballooned up to nearly 40 inches.
I felt fat, ugly, unhealthy, unsexy, miserable, tired and my man-boobs got even worse – I could have filled a b-cup bra quite easily. When my 38-inch jeans started getting tight… I knew it was time to do something about it! The worst part about it is that I’m very short (about 5′ 5″) so the weight gain looked really bad.

So all we do is use the ideas in “I can Make You Thin” to change the programming for something more positive. Like eating more slowly and stopping when we feel full or the food stops tasting as good. the changes were not overnight. They were not dramatic, but they kept coming. This is no faddy diet, it’s simply changing the way we look at food.
Sometimes I forgot to eat slowly, other times I remembered. Doing something seven to eleven times forms a habit, and soon enough it was second nature to eat less, but still feel full.
and that’s one of the best things about it! Because I fancy it, I enjoy it more!
I’m not back to the 30″-32″ I was at when I met my wife, but then I don’t want to be. I hover around the 34″ waist mark, but I am extremely lazy and do not exercise. I’m sure with a tiny bit of effort I could shed a couple more inches. Also, I’ve not listened to the CD – I’m sure that’s a big part of it, but I never got round to it.
…but I don’t feel bad! I know that my weight will come back down on its own.
Make a decision to buy this book. Don’t sit on the fence. I’ve not tried the Success Journal so can’t review it, but it does come highly recommended by others. I know from other experiences that keeping a diary helps keep focus. If you ever gave up on something a few days or weeks into something, then you’ll benefit from having the Success Journal as well as the original book and CD.
